B2 Broad. The common content of the current and the common older versions is decoded. Some named features or versions are not, and are listed.

Confidence: medium (the reviewer read the code). Basis: Reviewed 2026-10-26: read parsers/poka-reg/src/main.rs (272 lines) and plugin.json. No unit tests or tests/samples.rs; the corpus has no .reg and .reg-export sample. Covers .reg and .reg-export. The tree builds the key hierarchy from the section headers and lists every value under its key, with DWORD and the hex(2), hex(7), hex(b) and hex types named. Judgement: B2: every key and value is shown; some typed values are not converted.
