Confidence: medium (the reviewer read the code). Basis: Reviewed 2026-10-16: read parsers/poka-ekd/src/lib.rs in full and tests/samples.rs. Covers the PWFILEVERINF container with data kind EKO--DAT only. Only the 0x70-byte header is read; the rest is reported as a byte count. Corpus files are not in poka-samples or the crate, so tests could not be checked against real files; medium confidence. Judgement: B5 rather than B4 because the card has no container structure or counts, only header fields.

Background

The payload is proprietary, but the header is a fixed record that says what is needed to decide whether an installation can open the file: data kind, format version, record type, data and interface language, the producing application and the minimum application version, which is a constraint such as >=2000 rather than a number. Poka shows those header fields on a metadata card; the certificate data itself is not decoded.
