Confidence: medium (the reviewer read the code). Basis: Reviewed 2026-10-26: read parsers/poka-magnet/src/main.rs (497 lines) and plugin.json. No unit tests or tests/samples.rs; the corpus has transmission_archlinux-2025.05.01-x86_64.iso.magnet, read by no test. Covers .magnet and .magnet-link. The tree decodes every magnet link: the content hashes (xt, with hash type for BitTorrent v1 and v2 and other namespaces), display name, exact size, keywords, other parameters, and every tracker and source as a leaf. Judgement: B2: every parameter of every link is decoded; the gaps are limits.
