How much Poka reads
B4 Summary. The container and metadata are read and summarised (counts, properties, structure), but the main content is not rendered.
Confidence: medium (the reviewer read the code). Basis: Reviewed 2026-10-26: read parsers/poka-pfm/src/main.rs (335 lines) and plugin.json. No unit tests or tests/samples.rs; the corpus has no .pfm and .pfm-font sample. Covers .pfm and .pfm-font. The card decodes the PFM header (version, size, copyright, type, face and device names, point size, resolution, weight, style, charset, family, pitch, ascent, leading, widths, pixel size, character range); a Portable Float Map is recognised by its magic and its header (form, channels, dimensions, scale and byte order) shown instead. Judgement: B4: the header is decoded, but the per-character tables are not.
What Poka does not read
- The width (extent) table and kerning pairs are not read
- The extended text metrics and driver information are located, not decoded
- Portable Float Maps: only the header is read; the image is not drawn
