How much Poka reads
B1 Complete. Everything the format defines that a reader would see is decoded, in every version Poka claims. Anything not decoded is immaterial and listed.
Confidence: medium (the reviewer read the code). Basis: Reviewed 2026-10-16: parsers/poka-dwl2/src/lib.rs and its unit tests, plus tests/samples.rs with tests/fixtures/mod.rs. As with DWL, the real files were removed and only synthetic fixtures remain (malformed and well-formed XML declaration, Windows-1250, empty and filled fullname); poka-samples has no .dwl2. Covers the whprops lock with username, machinename, fullname and datetime.
What Poka does not read
- any element in whprops other than the four read is ignored (the reader is a tag scan, not an XML parser)
- the datetime is shown as locale text, not converted
- no public specification was found; completeness rests on the removed corpus
Background
The document is a whprops element holding username, machinename, fullname and datetime. AutoCAD writes its XML declaration without the closing ?>, so a conforming XML parser rejects every real file. Poka therefore reads the five fixed elements with a tag scan rather than an XML parser, and shows them on a metadata card.
