How much Poka reads

B4 Summary. The container and metadata are read and summarised (counts, properties, structure), but the main content is not rendered.

Confidence: medium (the reviewer read the code). Basis: Reviewed 2026-10-26: read parsers/poka-imd/src/main.rs (529 lines) and plugin.json. One unit test; the corpus has greaseweazle_fat12-360k.imd, read by no test. Covers .imd. The tree shows the IMD version, creation date, comment, track, cylinder and head counts, sectors per track, sector size, encoding, data rate, capacity and sectors stored, and lists the tracks with their mode and sector counts. Judgement: B4: the image's track structure is decoded, but the disk's file system is not.

What Poka does not read

  • The file system on the disk (FAT, CP/M and others) is not read: no file is listed
  • Sector data is not shown; compressed sectors and error or deleted marks are counted at most
  • Files over 64 MiB are cut without a flag
