Refund Policy

This policy covers paid formats, whether you bought a format once or subscribed. The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It is part of the Terms and Conditions. Poka is sold by Bartłomiej Tokarzewski, a sole proprietor in Poland ("we").

1. Our promise: 14 days, any reason

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to everyone and is on top of your legal rights. It covers each payment: every paid month or year of a subscription is a new purchase with its own 14 days.

2. Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right ends once we start supplying it, if you first agree to that and we confirm it to you by email. We start supplying as soon as you have paid: your account is unlocked and you can download the format. So at checkout you must tick two boxes:

1. "I accept the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy."
2. "I want my purchase to be unlocked immediately and I understand that I lose my statutory right to withdraw from the contract once it is unlocked."

Even then, our 14-day promise in section 1 still applies.

3. Refunds after 14 days

We do not normally refund after 14 days, but we will look at your request if:

• a paid format does not work as described and we cannot fix it in reasonable time;
• we stop providing a paid format, or remove a main feature, and you have no satisfactory replacement;
• you were charged twice or by mistake.

You keep any legal remedy for faulty digital content.

4. How to ask

Email contact@modeltok.com from your account address. Tell us the format or subscription and roughly when you paid. If you report a fault, say what happened. Please do not send confidential files. We will answer within 14 days.

5. How we pay

• We refund through Stripe, to the card or method you paid with.
• We refund the amount you paid, in the same currency. We cannot refund your bank's charges.
• We start the refund within 5 business days of agreeing it. For a legal withdrawal we pay within 14 days of learning of your decision. Your bank decides how soon the money arrives.

6. Your access after a refund

If we refund a format, your licence to it ends, you must stop using it and delete your downloaded copies, and your other formats are not affected. If we refund a subscription, access to the formats it covered ends, except any you bought once.

7. Abuse and chargebacks

We may refuse a refund beyond what the law requires if there is clear abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same format or sharing a paid format. If you start a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend the format on your account while we look into it. Please contact us first.

8. Subscriptions

You can pay monthly or yearly. A subscription does not renew by itself: you pay for each period you want, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. If you stop, we do not refund the unused part of that period, but your 14-day right to a refund on a payment stays.
